  1. I first visited here in the 1970’s and have been back several times to marvel at the many unique species of insects that call this wonderful biome home. I welcome the belated efforts to allow some of it to recover from the devastation caused by insensitive tree planting, and hope that they will long continue under the guidance of those who value biodiversity.
